As a new season approaches, and with many changes happening in our daily lives, we at Heritage Trust are adapting and creating a new chapter for our company.
As many clients and colleagues know, Jonathan Williams joined the Heritage Trust team in 2018 as Vice President. Over the past 2 years, he continued our work to strengthen the compliance, administration and operations of our independent trust company. He and his wife have chosen to pursue a new beginning in their lives in Nevada, and therefore, he has left Heritage Trust as of August 5, 2020.
We have also begun our new chapter with a new staff member, Manuel Vigil, who began his role as our new Trust Account Administrator on July 27, 2020. Manuel brings a deep understanding of client relationships and business accounting to our office and is highly capable and available to serve the needs of our clients.
Fortunately, Daniel T. Montoya, formerly Executive Vice President of Heritage Trust, had continued to provide managerial and administrative support over the past year and a half. With Jonathan’s departure, he has stepped back in to administer the needs of client accounts, and provide administration and internal operations support. His familiarity with our client base and rich knowledge of the trust business is another reason we are pleased to announce his return to broadened duties.
Some things have not changed however.
Going forward, Fred Winter (ext. 202) will continue to serve as President, Trust Officer and primary contact for all clients, investment advisors, and attorneys. Karli Snyder (ext. 203), our Team Coordinator continues to be responsible for all account openings and closings, and office management. Elaine Spray (ext. 218) will continue to serve as the manager of Heritage Family Offices, providing elder care financial services. Emily Rowlison-Elliott (ext. 205) will continue to serve as our Cash Manager and make sure all payments and deposits are made timely. Juana Bergerson (ext. 208) will continue to be in charge of our principal and income reporting system and insure that we are recording everything properly.
We are growing forward by adapting to the rapidly changing world, prepared to meet the challenges ahead, and able to provide excellent care for our clients.
