HERITAGE TRUST EXPANDS INTO ALBUQUERQUE

Heritage Trust Company of New Mexico, headquartered in Taos, NM, has opened an affiliate office in Albuquerque. The new office of Heritage Family Offices, LLC, is headed by Julia Chong, CPA and located at 4801 Lang, NE, Suite 110, Journal Center.

Heritage was organized in 1994 under a certificate of trust authority issued by the New Mexico Financial Institutions Division. The firm specializes in delivering highly personalized financial services to New Mexico families and the businesses they own.  The firm works with independent advisors, and tailors its comprehensive financial concierge services to meet the needs of the client. In addition to its headquarters in Taos, Heritage maintains an office in Santa Fe at 233 Johnson St.

Ms. Chong was previously a tax manager for the regional CPA firm of Moss Adams in Albuquerque and began her New Mexico CPA career in 1996 with Winter Accountancy, P.C., in Taos. She holds the equivalent of the CPA license in Mexico and was named the outstanding new member of the New Mexico Society of CPAs in 2007. Currently she serves as Treasurer for the Central New Mexico Chapter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
